Rooms

 The Schlossbräu offers space for convivial gatherings for up to 400 guests. Various rooms are also available for closed societies. The beer garden and the Stadl offer additional capacities. 

The brewery room with its coppery brewing kettles represents the core oft the Schlossbräu. Here you can experience close up how our beer is brewed according to the bavarian purity law.
The area to the right of the brew kettle is our serviced area. Here from Monday to Saturday from 5:30 pm a waiter takes care of your wishes. Also, other areas can be reserved for small and large groups, whether for self-service or waiter service.

In the foyer of the Schwemm/bar our guests like to meet up for an after-work beer to chat or play „Schafkopf“, far away from the daily grind.

Offers room for up to 30 guests. The naming of this space is supposed to reminisce about the former hostelry of Mariakirchen. The optical separation to the brewery room allows you to celebrate undisturbed in a private circle and still witness the happening in the brewery room.

Offers room for up to 200 guests. In the small parlour you can celebrate with up to 70 guests, whereas the large parlour provides space for up to 130 persons. If you need more space for a larger group of people, the mobile wooden partition between the two rooms can be removed without difficulty for a large festival room. We gladly serve you an imaginative buffet on our Lore, our „wishing table“ on tracks or a Menu of your choice.

In the summer month it’s especially delightful to enjoy your cool beer or a snack under old chestnut trees – including a great view to the moated castle. On a naturally designed playground, the little ones can play and romp around.

Offers room for up to 200 guests. For the old bavarian tradition of stealing the bride during weddings and a change of location we recommend you to use our Stadl, which is over a 100 years old. Also for other celebrations the quaint Stadl can be used. Because of the logistics we can’t offer you any dishes here. Beer and any other drinks are still available abundantly.

The castleOffers room for up to 300 guests. Various rooms and halls are also available for closed societies. The patio and the cellar vault offer additional capacities.

Offers room for up to 80 guests. You can spend comfortable hours in our castle living room on the ground floor of the castle.

The Bakehouse is an adjoining room oft he castle living room. The old oven made of clay creates a comforting atmosphere, ideal for smaller groups. 

On balmy summer evenings it’s particularly nice to spend time in the patio. It is a perfect setting for an appetizer or a coffee. 

On the first floor of the castle is the large ballroom, which is particularly suitable for weddings. Up to 150 people can be seated at tables of 10. Alternatively up to 120 with space for a stage and dance floor.

The rustic but still modern cellar vault emerged from the old basement and invites to celebrate with joy. 

In the future the „new Hofwirt“ in Mariakirchen is supposed to give regional and supraregional artists a stage to entertain their guests and give them an enjoyable evening. There is certainly something for everyone: from themed evenings of the „Kulturblos’n Mariakirchen“, the local cultural association, to musical evenings and parties in cooperation with regional organisers and restaurants. The calendar of events always gives an outlook on the current program.

Whoever prefers to do sports in friendly company can use the bowling alley from the 1960 years, which was one of the first electrical ones in the region at that time. It still works perfectly fine today and is often booked to get in the mood for a fun evening with a following meal in the Schlossbräu. Of course you can also strenghten yourself with a hearty bavarian snack during bowling, so you won’t be interrupted while playing.
